All levels vinyasa flow (adults)
The class will begin with deep breathing exercises and we will then move through a variety of standing and seated poses using the breath to flow with ease from one pose to the next. We will stretch and strengthen the body while de-stressing the mind using mindful movement and concluding in a deep restful state. These classes offer variations for all levels of practice so that everyone feels challenged, yet never overwhelmed. Kids Yoga This 45-minute class is for 3–6-year-old. We will strengthen their bodies through basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner and group pose and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques. It is filled with games, songs, stories, and activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside! Yoga Series for Teens This series is a fun way for kids 12+ to learn about yoga, get exercise, improve focus and concentration, and develop a positive attitude about themselves and others. Yoga helps build skills for kids to manage stress and balance their emotions, build strength, flexibility, and ultimately promote health and wellness. The practice of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation facilitates the mind/body and is a progressive practice built over time. A class series is a great way to get into yoga and each session includes a combination of yoga poses, mindfulness activities, and meditation with a different focus each week. |
